Privacy Policy

In short: Nolert sorts notifications on your phone. The notifications it reads, the history it keeps and your settings never leave your device. Nolert has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we do not sell or share any data.

This policy explains how the Android app Nolert (package link.hugebyte.nolert), developed by Hugebyte Labs ("we"), handles information.

1. Notification access

Nolert asks for Android's Notification Access permission. It uses it for one purpose: to read notifications from the apps you have chosen to protect, decide on your device whether each one is a promotion or something important (an order, delivery, payment, security code, message), and hide promotions. Notifications from apps you have not chosen are ignored.

All of this happens offline on your phone. Notification content is never sent to us or to anyone else. You can turn the permission off at any time in Android settings.

2. What is stored on your device

History: for each notification Nolert handled, the app name, title, text and the decision (blocked or kept). It lets you review decisions and restore anything that was wrongly blocked. History is deleted automatically after the period you choose (1 to 90 days; 7 days by default) and can be cleared at once in Settings.
Settings: your protected apps, your own keywords (Pro) and app preferences.
Installed apps: Nolert looks at the list of apps on your phone only to offer shopping and delivery apps you can protect. This list is not stored or sent anywhere.

This data is excluded from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.

3. Feedback you choose to send

If you tap "Wrongly blocked?", "Was it an ad?" or "Send feedback", Nolert opens your own e-mail app with a pre-filled message. It contains the notification concerned (app, title, text, and the decision details), the Nolert version, Android version and device model. You can read, edit or discard the message; nothing is sent unless you send it yourself. We use these e-mails only to reply to you and to improve the filtering rules, and we delete them on request.

4. Purchases (Nolert Pro)

Nolert Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details. Google Play tells the app whether you own Pro, and gives us order information (such as order ID, product, country and date) in the Play Console for accounting and refunds. To make purchases work, the app includes Google Play Billing Library, which talks to the Google Play Store and may send diagnostic information to Google. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. What we do not do

No advertising, advertising IDs or ad networks.
No analytics, crash reporting or tracking SDKs.
No account, sign-in, location, contacts, camera or microphone access.
No selling, renting or sharing of personal data.

6. Children

Nolert is a general utility for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

7. Your rights

Because notification data stays on your device, you control it directly: clear the history in Settings, turn off Notification Access, or uninstall the app. For anything we hold, which is only e-mails you sent us, you can ask for access or deletion, and you have the rights given by the laws that apply to you (for example the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK).

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

Bu politika, Hugebyte Labs ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen Android uygulaması Nolert'in (paket adı link.hugebyte.nolert) bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar.

1. Bildirim erişimi

Nolert, Android'in Bildirim Erişimi iznini ister ve bunu tek bir amaçla kullanır: korumak için seçtiğin uygulamaların bildirimlerini okumak, her birinin reklam mı yoksa önemli bir bildirim mi (sipariş, teslimat, ödeme, güvenlik kodu, mesaj) olduğuna cihazında karar vermek ve reklamları gizlemek. Seçmediğin uygulamaların bildirimleri dikkate alınmaz.

Bunların hepsi internet olmadan, telefonunda gerçekleşir. Bildirim içerikleri bize ya da başka birine asla gönderilmez. İzni dilediğin zaman Android ayarlarından kapatabilirsin.

2. Cihazında saklananlar

Geçmiş: Nolert'in ele aldığı her bildirim için uygulama adı, başlık, metin ve karar (engellendi veya tutuldu). Kararları gözden geçirmeni ve yanlışlıkla engellenenleri geri almanı sağlar. Geçmiş, seçtiğin sürenin sonunda (1–90 gün; varsayılan 7 gün) otomatik silinir ve Ayarlar'dan tek dokunuşla temizlenebilir.
Ayarlar: korunan uygulamaların, kendi kelimelerin (Pro) ve uygulama tercihlerin.
Yüklü uygulamalar: Nolert telefonundaki uygulama listesine yalnızca koruyabileceğin alışveriş ve teslimat uygulamalarını göstermek için bakar. Bu liste saklanmaz ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

Bu veriler Android bulut yedeğine ve cihazdan cihaza aktarıma dahil edilmez; uygulamayı kaldırdığında silinir.

3. Kendi isteğinle gönderdiğin geri bildirim

"Hatalı mı?", "Reklam mı?" veya "Geri bildirim gönder"e dokunursan Nolert kendi e-posta uygulamanı hazır bir mesajla açar. Mesajda ilgili bildirim (uygulama, başlık, metin ve karar ayrıntıları), Nolert sürümü, Android sürümü ve cihaz modeli bulunur. Mesajı okuyabilir, değiştirebilir veya vazgeçebilirsin; sen göndermedikçe hiçbir şey gönderilmez. Bu e-postaları yalnızca sana cevap vermek ve filtreleme kurallarını iyileştirmek için kullanır, talep edersen sileriz.

4. Satın alma (Nolert Pro)

Nolert Pro, Google Play üzerinden yapılan tek seferlik bir uygulama içi satın almadır. Ödeme bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Google Play, Pro'ya sahip olup olmadığını uygulamaya bildirir ve muhasebe ile iade işlemleri için Play Console'da bize sipariş bilgilerini (sipariş numarası, ürün, ülke ve tarih gibi) gösterir. Satın almanın çalışması için uygulamada Google Play Faturalandırma Kitaplığı bulunur; bu kitaplık Google Play Store ile iletişim kurar ve Google'a teşhis bilgisi gönderebilir. 5. Yapmadıklarımız

Reklam, reklam kimliği veya reklam ağı yok.
Analiz, çökme raporlama veya takip kitaplığı yok.
Hesap, giriş, konum, rehber, kamera veya mikrofon erişimi yok.
Kişisel verilerin satılması, kiralanması veya paylaşılması yok.

6. Çocuklar

Nolert yetişkinlere yönelik genel bir araçtır ve 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir.

7. Hakların

Bildirim verileri cihazında kaldığı için kontrol doğrudan sende: geçmişi Ayarlar'dan temizleyebilir, Bildirim Erişimi'ni kapatabilir veya uygulamayı kaldırabilirsin. Elimizde bulunabilecek tek veri bize gönderdiğin e-postalardır; bunlara erişim veya silinmelerini talep edebilir, KVKK ve GDPR gibi sana uygulanan yasalardaki haklarını kullanabilirsin.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse yeni sürüm bu sayfada yeni tarihiyle yayınlanır. Önemli değişiklikler uygulamanın sürüm notlarında da belirtilir.
